- ground beef and pork - garlic, onion - panko breadcrumbs - milk, egg - salt, pepper, soy sauce
- sake (or white wine) - ketchup - worcestershire sauce - water
1. Mix ingredients for the meat, and then form into patties.
2. Pan fry the patties over medium heat. Cook for about 8-12 minutes, flip once until they are all cooked through.
3. Transfer the patties to serving plates. Add ingredients for the sauce to the pan. Stir and simmer for a minute.
