- ripe avocado - canned tuna - mixed lettuce - carrot, cucumber, tomato
- soy sauce - rice vinegar - toasted sesame oil - minced garlic - salt and pepper
1. Toss lettuce, carrot, cucumber and tomato with half of the dressing first. Then arrange them on a serving plate.
2. Top with avocado slices and tuna flakes. Drizzle the remaining dressing over everything.
