- salmon fillets - salt & pepper - honey & fish sauce - five spice powder
1. Simmer honey, fish sauce and five spice powder briefly to make the sauce.
2. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the salmon fillets.
3. Heat a pan until hot, then place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 3-4 minutes.
4. Flip and sear the other side until golden.
5. Discard all the oil in the pan. Then add the sauce and baste the salmon.
