50 minutes (including marinating time)
- pork shoulder - ginger, garlic - soy sauce, honey - rice vinegar - toasted sesame oil
1. Slice pork into thin slices, and tenderize briefly with a meat mallet (flat side) if possible.
2. Marinate pork for about 30 minutes. Reserve some of the marinade.
3. Thread pork onto skewers after marinating.
4. Cook pork skewers in an air-fryer or on a grill for several minutes until cooked through. Baste with reserved marinade while cooking.
