- bacon, rice - carrot, onion, egg - soy sauce, oil
1. In a skillet, cook bacon slowly to render the fat. The bacon does not need to be crispy. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
2. Scramble eggs quickly and remove from the pan while it is still fairly runny.
3. Cook diced onion and carrots for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Add rice. Stir and toss constantly to break up the rice. Season to taste.
5. Add back the cooked bacon.
6. Then add beaten eggs and chopped scallions. Give everything a quick stir.
