- beef - garlic, lemongrass, ginger - oyster sauce, fish sauce - red chili peppers
1. Marinate beef and prep all ingredients for the stir-fry.
2. Sauté lemongrass until fragrant and slightly golden. Set aside.
3. Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
3. Sear beef and cook until still slightly pink on the outside.
4. Add seasonings, lemongrass and red chilies. Stir-fry until cooked through.
