- glass noodles - mixed seafood - green vegetables, mushrooms - soy sauce, oyster sauce
1. Soak glass noodles in plenty of water.
2. Sear or sauté seafood until just done. Set aside.
3. Sauté aromatics briefly until fragrant.
4. Add veggies, and then add the drained glass noodles together with the stir-fry sauce.
5. Mix well, stir and let the noodles cook and absorb the flavors.
6. Once noodles are fully cooked, return the seafood to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
