- thinly sliced beef or ground beef - tomato, Vietnamese coriander, lime juice - onion, garlic
1. Marinate beef for about 15 minutes.
2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add beef and sauté until slightly pink on the outside. Transfer to a plate.
4. Sauté half of the tomatoes until softened.
5. Add water, seasonings and the remaining tomatoes. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Add beef and Vietnamese coriander to the soup. Once it starts to boil, transfer to serving bowls.
