- silken tofu - ground pork - soy sauce, oyster sauce - garlic, scallion, pepper - toasted sesame oil
1. Cut tofu into thin slices.
2. Cook the pork with garlic and seasonings briefly. Do not cook all the way through.
3. Place the partially-cooked pork in a shallow heat-proof plate. Then arrange tofu slices around the pork.
4. Sprinkle black pepper and drizzle sesame oil. Then cover and steam until fully cooked.
