Lemongrass ginger tea with honey: brew the tea following Step 1-5. After that, we will flavor the tea with a squeeze of lime juice and honey. For each glass with about 3/4 cup (180ml) of tea, I usually add 1/2 teaspoon lime juice and 2 teaspoons honey. You can tweak it to your liking, but keep in mind that we just need a very small amount of lime juice, otherwise the drink will become a limeade. This version with lime juice and honey is also delicious either hot or cold.
