Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or more to taste)
  • ice

Instructions

  • To your blender container, add water, milk, matcha powder and honey. Blend for a few seconds until everything is combined.
  • Add ice to serving glasses. Pour matcha latte into the glasses and serve. You can dust the top with extra matcha powder if you want.

Notes

I recommend using ceremonial grade matcha but there's no need to use the most expensive one. If you want a stronger matcha flavor, you can increase the amount of matcha powder by 1/2 teaspoon.
For milk, you can use regular dairy milk or nut milk. I personally don't recommend using coconut milk.
