1/8teaspoonground cayenne pepper(more or less to taste)
Prep all the fruits: peel and cut mango into thin matchsticks, peel and section grapefruit, quarter strawberries. Place everything in a clean mixing bowl.
Add mint leaves, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper and gently mix to combine everything. Adjust amount of lemon juice and spices to your liking. It’s best to add half of the cayenne pepper and then taste to see if you want to add more.
